Narcoossee's for July 4th

I need advice. I read in one of the millions of things I have been looking at that if you got reservations at Narcoossees for July 4th dinner the view was so awesome of the fireworks. We have see the fireworks at Epcot on the 4th of July so that was my plans for this year. There will be 8 of us. Has anyone done this at Narcoossee's and do you think this is the way to go?

Yes, We did this last year. It was ok. Don't plan on seeing them from your table though. The entire restaurant will clear out and stand around the outside deck blocking the view from the inside. They also had a CM checking resort ID's so only people staying at the GF could go down to the boct dock. Everyone eating in the restaurant had to stand around the decking of the restaurant. Just tell your server that you are going out and get out there about 15 min. before they start so you can get on the railing.
