Narcoossee's Dining and Fireworks

Hello All!

My wife and I were able to score an 8:00PM ADR for Narcoossee's in September for our 2nd Anniversary Dinner! Wishes is scheduled for 9PM that night. Is this a good time if we want to see the fireworks during dinner/go out on the deck and watch them? We have never dined at a Signature with views of the MK so I wasn't sure if this was the best time to aim for or if I should be trying for something a bit earlier.

That is a great time. Sig dinners typically take 90-120 minutes depending on the number of courses you order so we try to get a res about 60-90 minutes before fireworks. We let our server know we want to see Wishes and they will pace the meal accordingly. Often we are between entree and dessert when it is time to go out on to the deck. If you have a table by the window you might be able to stay in your seats to watch, but frequently people stand outside and will block the view so be prepared to go outside as well.

Narcoossee's is one of our favorite restaurants. The food and service have always been excellent. The lobster is delicious and the Almond Crusted Cheesecake is my favorite dessert in all of DW.

The servers are experts at timing a meal so you can rnjoy the fireworks at a proper place during the meal. Narcoossees is a wonderful choice!

1) The timing of food versus fireworks is OK.
2) The timing of the ADR may or may not be.
. . . as mentioned above, the meal takes 90-120 minutes
. . . with this timing, an ADR at 7:30 works just right
. . . people try to get ressies for 7:00pm-7:30pm
3) If they have a table and fireworks are near, they stay put and seldom give up the table.
4) Even if you can't get a table, you can still go out on the deck and watch.

Thanks for all the fast responses! I've been stalking MDE for a month and an 8:00 finally opened up (we booked our trip at 178 days out so JUST missed our 180+10 window). If I can find a 7:45 I'll try for that based on what I've seen above!

1) Remember, SOMETIMES you can get a later ADR and still find a seat.
2) But, when we do it, our ADR's are targeted at 2-hrs ahead of fireworks

Thanks to the great advice, I was able to actually move this reservation to 7:15! So, we should be finishing up right as Wishes starts. We'll go outside to watch, and since MK operating hours have been extended until 10:00PM that night, try to take the boat from the GF and squeeze in one more ride that night!
