Narcoossee: recent reviews

We are making a last minute trip to WDW in November. Previously loved Narcoossee but recent reviews seem to be disappointed/dismal. Can anyone give us recent (with 3-4 months) feedback? Thanks!

We were there in April and completely enjoyed our meal. Enjoyed seeing the Water Pageant as well. We had the scallops and the swordfish and both were done very well.
Always been underwhelmed at Citricos, but this is one we want to go back to.

I was there last night. Overall a good meal. Soup and salad for appetizer. I had the scallops and filet for dinner. Wife had just a filet. Steak was a little tough, but not too bad. Scallops were very good. Disappointed in the desert selection. We opted for the Banana Tart. It was okay.

Next time I would probably skip the desert and find one somewhere else.

Following. We're going to WDW in October and already made reservation for Narcoosee. Timed it in hopes of seeing some of the new fireworks in the distance of MK. We'll be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary (got married at WDW) and I plan on ordering a cake and surprising my husband. Wanted to go to California Grill but they are closed planning that special celebration thing.
