We have an ADR there at 5:30 on 10/4 can I bring my kids? They will be 6 and 3 at the time of the trip. It just a resort day for us, so we plan to just take it easy and relax that day. That way they will be happy and rested when we eat. We would like to do one "nice" place to eat becuase the rest of our ADR are for the kids. They do eat at TS places at home all the time, but not this nice of a place.

Thanks!

My DH and I ate there in March late in the evening (9p) and there were several kids there. It's a casual enough signature restaurant that I'd feel comfortable bringing my kids if I was going to eat there again. (Which I doubt- we thought the food was terrible :( Hopefully you'll have a better experience!)

we took my granddaughter just before she turned 5 and she loved it. i will add she's super easy to take out to dinner and even thanked the chefs she saw working as we left. now age 7 she thinks she wants to be a chef when she grows up. she and i have an august trip just the two of us and i let her pick where we're eating and narcoossee's was the first place she chose. i've been there 3 times and i've had mixed service there like the previous poster. the time with the granddaughter was one of the two good times.

We've taken our young grandchildren twice and never once felt uncomfortable.
Hope you enjoy your meal!
It's a great place.

We go on every trip with my dd9...she has eaten there since the age of 5 and enjoys it. I always try to time the ending of our meal with the electric water pageant...it for a right by.

We alway dress up a bit...sundresses. walking shorts and polos would Definately work for the boys...just thought to toss that in.

You will enjoy it...have fun!!!

My general rule for Disney restaurants applies with equal force to Narcoossee's. All WDW restaurants that allow children (which is all but V&A) are fine places for children to eat. Children who are comfortable eating grown-up food are, of course, no problem. Children who need to order off of children's menus will find ample opportunity to do so at WDW. But use discretion when arranging an ADR time. After a full day at the parks, young children can melt down with an 8:00 p.m. (or later) ADR. And as for adults who don't think that a particular restaurant is a proper place for other people to bring their kids. Well, get over it. You are at WDW. I think you might have a decent argument when you make an 8:30 ADR. But if you book any restaurant at 5:30, expect to see kids. Neither folks with children nor folks without children are entitled to have the World to themselves. But common sense suggests that the later into the evening one dines, the fewer young children one should expect to find in the restaurant.

Thank you! I feel a lot better about it now. Both of my kids eat more like adults. My DD will be heaven to get to eat some of our seafood. Plus our ADR are on day that we do not plan to go to the park. We are just going to hang out of the poly and relax.

Thanks!
