Narcoosee's Then MVMCP.... do-able??

Was wondering if anyone who has enjoyed a dinner at Nsarcoosee's then went to MVMCP was out there.. or even if you haven't done that but have dined at Narcoosee's.. do You think it can be done. .. without feeling rushed.
We like to dine, not just eat... We are celebrating a birthday and an anniversary on the same day and want to try Narcoosee's because of all the great reviews it has received Then... because it's my mother's birthday wish she wants to go to MVMCP on the same night.
Narcoosee's opens 5:30 I think... then MVMCP is at 7:00......
Dilemma or am I just a worrywart?

For what it's worth, last summer we did Citricos at 6pm and got to a Pirate & Princess Party a little after 8pm so I think that sort of time frame might be doable. You may not make it to the party by exactly 7pm, but I don't think you'd be incredibly late. We had three courses at Citricos plus after dinner drinks and didn't rush dinner, so it's conceivable that you could have dinner at Narcoosee's in under 90 minutes.

Basically, if you're okay with not being right on time to the party, you should be fine. If getting there by 7 is an issue for you, you may want to try another restaurant where you can eat at 5pm or earlier.

Very doable, but as stated above, you may or may not make it to the park at/by 7 PM.

Narcoossee's is especially good for your plan, since the boat dock is right there.

Not quite the same dining experience, but we did Whispering Canyon for a 5:30 dinner last Saturday, quite a bit further from MK than the GF, but DD an I were still in front of the castle in time for the show at 8 and had plenty of time to enjoy the PPP.

We've eaten at Narcoosee's twice and vowed never to go back. The food wasn't that good and the second time the service was AWFUL. We had just a miserable CM who acted like she hated us. I know other's love it, but we said No more.

We were going to do the same thing but chickened out. We will eat an early dinner at the castle for dinner MVMCP night and save Narcoosees for another night...

I doubt you'd make the party RIGHT at 7pm, but you'd still get there with plenty of time to enjoy it. However, if you are concerned, why not try for another restaurant at one of the monorail resorts instead (we love Kona Cafe and Concourse Steakhouse) and then it would be a shorter trip to the party after that?

When we did MVMCP in November, we just had Chef Mickey's for dinner then headed over to the Christmas Party. Even then with our 5:10pm reservation at Chef Mickey's, and being seated pretty much immediately, and eating dinner quickly (it is a buffet after all) we didn't get to the party until closer to 7:45pm.
