1 lb ground beef
1/2 envelope chili seasoning mix (your choice of hot or mild)
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes (Rotel is the brand name-its diced tomatoes
with green chiles--any brand will work)
1 (2 lb) loaf velveeta
Brown and drain ground beef. Cut cheese into chunks. Place all
ingredients into crockpot. Heat and serve.
