Names Of Shoes?

Did you ever notice that when you go to the shoe store and look at the boxes of shoes they all have names...some of them stupid names? Honest I was looking at Dysart and then Wendy II, EALIZZYIA and SHEBO. I have started reading the boxes when I buy them because I always want to see if there is ANY connection between the name and the style. Sometimes there is I have a pair of boots named Highlander and that makes a little sense but the others? I don't get it. I know it is easier to remember a name not a number but the names themselves are really not related to the shoe.

YES this is a stupid question but am I the only one with too much time on my hands this summer to ponder it?

Once my DD picked out a pair of shoes mainly because the shoes were named after her. She wanted the shoebox with her name printed very large across the box. That was several years ago. The shoes have long since been outgrown, but DD still has that shoebox. She even took a pic with her shoebox and put it on her facebook page.
