Name Tags??

I've looked and searched and can't find who has designed name tags.
Does anyone know?

As you can see, I can do any background and design at the top - just let me know what you like! If you want one (or more) send me a PM with the details.

I got creative with them when I saw a post someone (sorry - don't remember who ) had about making actual name badges - I think she used heavyweight cardstock and glued a pin in the back - it was very clever. After that I saw J&N's mom had one too - which is posted above.
