This is an awesome thread! I've really enjoyed reading about what others have done. This thread would be really cool with pictures!!
Here is my list:
I have sung the National Anthem at a Philadelphia Phillies game (as part of a choir, not solo, but still it was so amazing to be out on the field singing)
I have saved two children from choking. My own DD#2 when she was 15 months old, and a stranger's child in a restaurant.
I have rescued 9 dogs and 7 cats.
I spent a semester in London my junior year of college
I went back to London by myself when I was 23 (I missed it)
Hitchhiked on the Isle of Skye
Walked on the Prime Meridian
Rode a camel
I won a trip to London in 2006 and we took the kids.
I've been to the top of the Eiffel Tower 4 times, most recently on September 28, 2010; we were on the top when it was evacuated due to the terrorist threat.
We took our kids backpacking through Europe (Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, France) for a month.
I've climbed the Leaning Tower of Pisa
I've seen The David 3 times, also the Sistine Chapel and the Pieta. Breathtaking.
Took a Segway tour of Ancient Rome
Hiked the Cinque Terra in Italy
Hiked 40 miles in Yosemite
Hiked in Berchtesgaden National Park in Germany
Been to Oktoberfest in Munich
Saw the Passion Play in Oberammergau
Cruised the Rhine, twice
Slept in a real castle in Germany
Rode a gondola in Venice
Saw the Mona Lisa
Met 8 of the cast of Battlestar Galactica: Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell, Michael Hogan, Jamie Bamber, Tahmoh Penniket, James Callis, Aaron Douglas, Richard Hatch. As an aside, RH kissed me, and I am part of Jamie's most bizarre fan encounter. It wasn't my fault - I was double-dog dared.

(I got him to autograph a cake -with icing- for a bachelorette party...poor guy misunderstood and thought it was the girl's WEDDING cake. Um...no Jamie, we don't love you THAT much. LOL).
I also have met George Peppard and Peter Mahew (Chewbacca)
Met DH on a blind date; happily married over 17 years now.
I have two amazing daughters. One delivered naturally (no medication, I mean) the other was an emergency C-section. Both my girls would have died without modern medicine, and I would have died with DD #2.
I was adopted and have reunited with my birth mother and 3 half-sisters. I have emailed with my birth father but we haven't met yet (due to distance. She lives 20 minutes away; he's on the west coast).
Been to the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC
Became an RN when I was only 19.
Homeschooled my children for 4 years now.
