Name of Snow White's Prince

What is the name of Snow White's prince? Websites have said that he's just "The Prince" but my friend found out that it was Ferdinand. Is that right?

According to the Disney Wiki article on the character his name is David. I'm not sure how accurate the wiki is though.

In 'Once Upon a Time' his name is David Nolan, but that's probably not what the animated prince's name is. I don't know. May be a question for Dave Smith.

I actually quite like the name Ferdinand... David is fine, too. But theres something about that first name brought up. XD
