Hi I can't remember the names of the 2 hotels that were built not to long ago. I'm pretty sure they are on WDW property. They are sister hotels. They are located where they were going to build a shopping complex but went with the hotels instead. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Springhill Suites and Towneplace Suites at Flamingo Crossing maybe?

You're probably thinking of Flamingo Crossings. It's located on the west side of Disney at the intersection of Western Way and Toll Road 429. There's a TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites, both by Marriott.

(Looks like Gr8t Fan beat me by a few minutes.)

And they are not on Disney property. It was owned by Disney, transferred among multiple Disney companies and then sold to Marriott. They have also sold land to a drug store and gas station company. Great way for them to control what is developed at their borders without entering into the long term stuff they have to deal with at Disney Springs.
