Name of a manager for Disneys weddings or DPS?

Please help I really need to contact a Disney weddings manager or a manager at DPS..the problem is I need contact details(ideally an email address). I really dont want to get my EM involved despite the fact that its not her that has been my problem!

Has anyone got these name and conbtact details?

Also, just to let you know, I had a problem with DPS and ended up contacting my EM as a last resort. I apologized profusely, but she told me that was what she was there for and took care of the matter right away.
