Name dropping at HRH

I am staying at HRH April 10-13th. I am wondering if you can recall the names of the employees at HRH who corrected any problems or made your stay extra 'special'?

EVERYONE at the HRH was wonderful!!! Helpful, friendly and very attentive. I will definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend it!!

John at check in was super nice. Don't let the spiked purple hair fool you, he was also helpful and full of information.
