Name Design Help

I was wondering if anyone did designs with Names? My daughter never sees her name on anything and I was wondering if someone could design one with anything disney related. I am not picky. Her name is Elise. Any help would be appreciated.

When I do that it only lets me save it as a "Coral Phot House Image". .jpeg is not an option.
