Congrats!! I am hoping to book around that time but can't do so until we close on our resale in about 10 days. Of course then we have to wait for points to be loaded. Ahhhh. I can't wait!!!

Was ecstatic to get a GFV standard view studio for April 30th- May 4th on Monday. Everything was wide open at all resorts, but I thought for sure since our stay was starting on a Wednesday that GFV would be gone by then. Congrats on the Beach Club. This was our first time switching an existing reservation at the seventh month window, it made me nervous, but it worked out great.

yeah there are still rooms open for my week as of now may and September seem to be the best times to get what you want at 7 months. my guess is parents are less likely to take their kids out of school the first and last month of school.

I got my studio at BCV for May too It was painful to borrow points, but will be worth it!

I logged on right at 7 CST to make my reservations. Out of curiosity I checked a couple hours later, and our first night was unavailable. So it is important to book right when they open!

Yeah I check out studios also for beach club. I always feel like the cheaper points go first. Studios then 2 bed rooms then 1 bed rooms. Oh well just glad I got it. Going down next month for the 1/2 marathon but staying at Coronado. So I will get a taste before the big trip!

I had success booking GFV on Tuesday for 4 nights starting May 1. I was surprised to get a standard view studio. Looking forward to our first stay at the Grand Floridian!

Sounds like we have the exact same trip planned just off by one day. I'm super psyched about GFV because I don't think I will be able to get in their very easily once it is sold out.

4/28-5/7 in a BWV studio BW view; april 27 BW view was unavailable (already!), so booked a SView & will WL after our current 2 expire.

i checked today, and even more of those nights are unavailable.

We are arriving on May 2nd, 2013 and also was able to book a 2-bedroom at the Beach Club. Unfortunately I had to borrow a lot more points then 20 but it will be worth it. We will be there from May 2nd - May 10th, I had to add on my last night yesterday since I could only book the room for 7 days.

I was able to get BC 1BR for 3/29-4/6. I even snagged it at 7 months plus a couple days because my calculations were off for use year. I was shocked.

I got into BCV this morning for my arrival May 4th, but both of my daughters got shut out for the arrival day. I was done at 8:01AM and within minutes the arrival day was sold out. I'm guessing both will be staying at BWV and waitlist for BCV. While we don't mine BWV, we have stayed there the last 5 trips and wanted to stay at BCV. We will keep trying though.

I know, but we are going to be on the Disney cruise and it comes back on Sunday. We booked a studio, but since we need it for 2 weeks, I have to call each morning now to add an additional day. I'm going to book BWV for my daughter and her family and waitlist for BCV.
