I am wondering whether anyone knows whether the following is possible: I want to book an MYW package (with dining) for 2, but only need the package to include one theme park admission ticket. I am going with my girlfriend, and she has an old (non-expiring) park hopper pass that she'd like to use. Is it possible to book a package for 2 with just 1 theme park ticket? Any guidance or experience with this situation would be greatly appreciated.

To book a MYW Package with dining, everyone has to be on the same "plan." Sorry!

When the package is booked, everyone in the party must have the same kind of ticket, possibly just a one day basic non-hopping.

After you check in and receive your room cards/tickets, each person in the party can add more days, etc. to his/her ticket as he/she wishes.

It is not recommended to expand the package ticket a smaller amount while intending to use an old hopper pass for the remainder of the vacation when the vacation is 4 to 10 days in the theme parks. Rather it is better for the new ticket to span the entire vacation (or not be used at all).

Thanks for the replies. A related clarification: if you buy MYW tickets with the package that include the non-expiring option, can you defer use of those tickets to another trip in the future, or must at least one of the days on each ticket be used on the current visit?

So: for example, would it be possible for two people to each get 4-day Park Hopper, non expiring passes and then for one of those passes to go completely unused during the visit?

I am no expert but a better idea might be to get 4-day park hoppers that expire or whatever the word is and use the one that you need and then add the no expire option on at the end of the trip for the other ticket (I dont think you need to add the option to both if you do it at the end) That would save you some money. I am not even sure if the ticket goes unused if you need to add the no expire option but you might need to since the two tickets are tied together by the reservation (anyone clarify??)

It is my understanding that if the ticket remains totally unused, you do not need to add non-expiration to it.
