No, passes are nontransferable, especially if they are part of a package. If you are buying pases without a package, then the first person to use the pass will then own the pass.

Sounds like you purchased a 1 day MYW ticket with your package. The tickets will have your names on them.
If these were multi day tickets, I think you could possibly run into some problems giving them to friends. However, since they are only 1 day tickets, I don't see that you will have a problem.
It is unlikely that anyone will ask to see a photo ID for a 1 day ticket. Your friends' "biometrics" will be the ones associated with the ticket since they will be the ones using it.
