1. Does it matter about the price on the menu, if the resteraunt is on the list?
i.e. chicken for $15 or steak for $25
2. How easy is it to get to some of the resort eateries from the parks? i.e. time wise

In Most cases, you can choose any entree off the menu. There are several that have "upgrade charges".

You can take the bus to any resort from the parks... (or monorail or boat). You do have to give yourself plenty of time... but if you are early, consider it an opportunity to explore the resorts!

1. Yes, you can choose any entree, dessert, and appetizer you want. The only restaurants that have a surcharge for some entrees are Planet Hollywood at DTD and I think Wolfgang Puck, also at DTD.

2. It is not hard to get from the parks to the resorts- Disney has monorail, boat, or bus service to every resort from the parks. As far as time, it depends on how far away the resort is from the park, the time of day, and what type of Disney transportation you use. MK to the Poly, GF, or CR are pretty short trips. MGM and Epcot to the Epcot resorts are also short trips. AK to AKL is not a long trip. But MK to AKL takes longer, for example. The Unofficial Guide book has approximate times from the resorts to each park.
