MYW Dining plan and making PS's????

Do you have to let them know you are on the dining plan when making the PS's? I've had CM's ask and right now my answer is No, I'm not on the dining plan but I am considering switching my reservation to a package if no room rate codes come out for May. Would I have to call back and let them know?

Also, if our PS is for 6 of us (my family of 4 and my parents) but we are on the dining plan and they are not, how would that work on the bill?? Could we just get separate bills?

You do not have to let them know you are on the Dining Plan until the waier brings the check.

If they are going to pay for themselves, let the waitress know at the beginning of the meal and there will be no problem with separate checks.

Actually, you do need to tell your server before ordering. It also speeds up getting the bill instead of having them go back and recalculate it.

This is correct, just tell your server that the four of you are on the dining plan, and your parents are paying separately. Not a problem.

When I made my PS for CRT they did ask if we were on the dining plan. Since we are using the dining plan, no deposit was needed for CRT. None of the other places asked.
