MYW Dining - Left over TS's

I have a MYW dining package...My father and step-mother will be meeting us down there and they are only staying one night. They are bringing my 4 nieces/nephews as well. My step-mother nieces/nephews have never ever been to WDW, I was thinking that I would take all the kids (6 of them) around the park or something while my dad takes my step-mom out for a nice Disney Dinner. So here goes my two part question:

1) On my package I will have at least (as it stands right now) 3 TS's left. My question is can I give one of my room keys to my Dad to use w/my step-mother for that, or can if I end up using the extra TS's w/my kids give him my key to charge his dinner to my room????

2) Where should he take her. V&A is way to fancy for them, basic people and just wanted to give the two of them time alone and a disney dinner.

I would suggest either Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge, or Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Both are nice restaurants, a little pricey, but not too expensive! (plus both are in beautiful hotels - nice to look around after dinner!!!) Both are very good - DH and I have always enjoyed our meals here!!!

Take a look at the menus on Deb's site and see what menu would appeal to them! Good luck!!!
