I keep changing my dining choices, and have to choose between Mythos or Latin Quarter. I saw the photos people have posted, and they both look great. Lately I have seen some bad reviews for both places. Which should I choose, or is there something I should change? Here is my line-up.

Mythos or Latin Quarter
Roy's Restaurant
Tchoup Chop
Bula's pool bar
ESPN for da Bears
Paradiso 37
Maggiano's Little Italy family style

My only real must do's are Maggiano's, Tchoup Chop and somewhere to watch football (if I can't get it in the room)

if you are at city walk, definitely do Latin Quarters.
they are open all day and evening.

if you are in the park during the day up to late afternoon, then do Mythos.
they close at 3:00.

i  both places.

Darn, Niki! Why'd you have to remind me about Latin Quarter?! I really wanna eat there, but don't think I'll fit it in this trip....unless I only do one Emeril's restaurant. We'll see!!

I'm gonna take your advise and do Latin Quarter. Mythos would be lunch, although my buddies and DH are more dinner kinda people. It was just all the hype with Mythos. Besides, I need to find a really good Sangria. May as well start there.

you know with us in the chicago land, we can get about any type of food we want.

i try to get somethings not common up here.

i did like the latin quarters very much.
mythos has good food, good service and ambiance.
and, it's located in the park so when a food break is needed, it serves the purpose well.

stay away from bubba gump.
it's identical to the one at navy pier.

highly overrated.

some places have decent pizza. Louie's at the studio side does good on theirs.
but, none of them touch the chicago pizza places.

Yea, Mac. Didn't think I'd get pizza down there. In fact, I'm driving down with a frozen Uncle Pete's pizza in my cooler. My friends from Louisiana asked for it specifically.

I usually want to try places we don't have here either. This time, I'm breaking that rule, though. I'm doing Maggiano's family style, another request from my buddies. They just love it, and you can always take home any leftovers. I'm also doing Roy's. I never seem to get to the one downtown, and I hear each one has a little different menu.
