I used to do the pursed lips thing a llloonnggg time ago. Not it just looks stupid.
I don't do the peace sign, mostly because if I'm taking a picture of myself, I can't seem to get my hand in the shot xD
I try all angles for taking a picture. Most often my good pictures are taken from above, I don't know why... I don't do it because I think it looks cool.

when people point a camera at me, I usually don't smile. I either make a weird face or wiggle my eyebrows.

I don't even know why people would want to pose like that! I'm to shy to have my picture taken, let alone stick my chest and tong out!! All that posing just makes them look idiotic.
