I redeemed 1250 on Sept. 2, hoping to get one more GC before I go to Disney World on Oct 18. They have my 1250 on hold now again, Points reserved for pending redemptions. What does that mean??? I worked hard and Yes shopped to to get those 1250 points then they held them up for a month before I could spend them now there holding them up again. What is the deal here???? Please someone explain this to me. I see a date of 10/02 next to my monthly account is that the day they will release them? Or hopefully send out my GC.

I think the points stay in pending until the request is processed. I requested a webbie around that time and got it yesterday.
