mypoints webbie issue

has anyone had a problem gettting their webbie from mypoints? I cant seem to activate mine.
I had a webbie account and I am sure it was deactivated and now I cant get my $25 webbie!!!!

Whoa deep breath!

First are you using the link from mypoints? I find that that link often doesnt work for me for some reason.Go to webcertificate.com and log in yourself if you can.If that works just click on the tab that says "get it" and enter the code from the email yourself.

Here's a tip... Webcertificate will accept a code to any webbie account.DH and i both have a mypoints account, but only i have a webbie acct. so when he gets webbies i enter the activation number into my account and Voila! my money now hee hee

I just reddemed 4 webbies in one day this weeks o webbies are working for me.Worst case scenario, you can always just open a new webbie acct and deposit the cash there.But i dont think webbie accts expire.The money might anfter a while but your log on woud stay the same.

I don't cash out too often, so my Webcertificate account has been deactivated a couple of times due to inactivity. A quick email to them via one of the 'contact us' links on the Webcertificate home page, and it's usually resolved within a day or two.
