In October (the 10th), I purchased 4 $50 Target gift cards online from MyPoints through their new gift card link, Swappable. About a week later I received an envelope with an invoice for 4 cards but only 3 were inside. I immediately tried calling and left a message. I also emailed. It wasn't until I went through their FB page that I heard from them, and that was to tell me to wait another week. After a week, I got an email with a new order for me for a $50 gift card with no money due, so I was happy. That was a month ago and no card. I keep getting told to give it another week but now I'm not even getting a response.
Is it too late to dispute it on my CC? I don't know what else to do. It's painful to throw away $50!
