Mypoints is a trip!

I sent them 2 separate emails. One was about the 400 points I still have not received from the Overstock order and another was to ask about getting points for gift card purchase from the Disneystore.
Not only was my response from the same person, but it was the same word for word!!!
Of course neither question was answered and I was told if I had further questions or concerns to email them.

Thanks for the numbers. It so annoying that they don't even answer your question. I sent another email and I added alittle attitude to it, maybe that will help!

If you get an answer on the Disney gift card question please post it here. I'm waiting for the 20th business day to e-mail them and ask them where my 4000 points are for some gift cards I purchased a week ago. (Hopefully they show up by them, but I'm not expecting it)

Did you email them with a copy of your overstock invoice? I had no problem with them. I would try again and maybe you will get a different rep. I got my points within 24 hours.

I also placed an order at Disneystore.com Saturday and my points are already pending. It was not for gift cards.

I emailed them about my Overstock.com 400 points too and got the response that they would be credited to my account in 5 business days. We'll see...

Don't you just love that generic email they send everyone?

I had no problem with my overstock purchase, but hopefully you get your points credited soon!!

I had a problem getting my 400 points for my Overstock.com purchase also. I sent them my email from Overstock.com confirming my order twice before they got things straight. I am still waiting for my GC which I ordered May 28.

I did get a email from them late yesterday saying that I would have the 400 points in my account in the next 5 days. I only had to send it to them 3 times to get what I wanted!
