MyPoints - Has this happened to you?

I went to the MP site today and usually I get the home page with my account already logged in. Today I got the page asking me to sign in; so I did and was told that my account was disabled.

Well, I have no reason why this has happened. I e-mailed them asking for an explanation. Has this ever happened to you? Any ideas why they would disable my account?

I know I "play" by the rules; I don't try to cheat them or anything. I, for the life of me, can't understand this.

The same thing happened to me in Jan. I emailed three times with no answer, so I finally called and talked to a real person. He said it was their mistake, and credited me 100 pts. for the trouble. I would suggest calling right away!

There's anonther thread on here titled "account disabled". It looks like MyPoints might be having some major technical difficulties! Let's all keep our fingers crossed that they get the problems all straightened out soon so we can get more points!

I agree with the technical difficulities part! Last night, when I was on the site, it was acting very strange. Pages disappearing, not loading etc.!!
