MyPoints Giving Me The Run Around !

On 4/22/2001 I ordered a $25 Target GC. To Date I still have not recieved it. About two weeks before 4/22 my DH also ordered one from his account. His came in less than two weeks. I Emailed MyPoints on 5/5/2001 questioning the order. They advised me to wait the full 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks from 4/22 I emailed them again, they emailed me back saying another is in the mail. I just emailed them again asking where the GC is. They mailed another on 6/21 and asked me to wait the 6 weeks. Can't they get their act together !!!

Looks like a few board members are having the same problem on oderes placed in April. Whats with them !!!

I have been getting the SAME runaround! I ordered a $10 Home Depot on 4/23 and still have NOTHING! I got the same thing as you, another will be sent, wait the full 2 weeks, then if nothing comes, email them. I emailed them again last night, and got a canned letter saying someone would contact me soon....UGH!!! Still no letter.
