Mypoints disabled my account....

Ugh. They did this to DH about a year or so ago. He had to fax his license to them to get reinstated. In the meantime, I can't earn points. My own fault - I sent them a couple emails about the Avon points I didn't get from December and January. One email came back saying I didn't do the minimum purchase (there was none) - so I emailed back tell them there was not a minimum purchase. The other email came back saying I'd get the points in 5 days.
Ugh. I hope they reinstate me. I'm close to cashing out. Ugh. Anyone have a toll free fax number? I know there was one lurking out there some time ago.... Or can I scan my license and email it to them? Anyone know?

Well, they disabled DH's account too. So went and faxed a note to them with copies of our driver's licenses. hopefully they will reinstate us.
