MyPoints customer service not responding

I have email MP twice regarding not getting my points earned from shopping credited. I get the automated response (within 72 hours you will be contacted) but that is it. I have sent my issue in 2 times and have heard nothing. Is anyone else having problems? The particular store that I am not being credited is Cabelas.
