mypoints CatalogLink monthly?

i know that ShopAtHome is a monthly thing you can do at MyPoints.

does anyone know if CatalogLink is also monthly?

i ordered some more snail mail spam from them in July, but never got any points credited for doing so. in June, i did get credit for them.
