Mypoints-cashed in for Web Certs not received yet

I cashed out 8/24 for web certs, and even though the status has been "shipped" for some time, I have not received any email with the web cert info. My trip is in 3 weeks, so if the $ doesn't come soon, I won't be able to use it for the intended purpose. Should I contact mypoints or wait longer? Thanks!

Oh, please contact them, and if you don't get results contact them again...and again...and again. I used to love Mypoints, but lately I have had nothing but problems with them. I never get the big point awards until it is past the date that they are due, and I email them asking where they are. Then I have to send proof which usually neccesitates several more emails. Eventually I get the points, weeks after they are due! (Sorry, I went a little OT, just needed to vent).

I had a similar situation to yours. I cashed in for a GC on 8/17. For a month the 3000 pts. were listed as held pending redemption. I finally emailed them yesterday and got the standard response that "points spent are not automatically deducted from your account...allow 4 to 6 weeks...etc, etc". But miraculously, the points were out of my account this morning. Now we'll see how long it takes to get the GC, I am also counting on it for my trip in less than 3 weeks Good luck!

I cashed out for a web cert on 8/27. The points took forever to come out of my account and I am still waiting on it. I think they have been too busy rearranging their website to pay attention to who gets points and rewards. It seems to me that the site looks different every time I log on.

and the webbies were in there! I cashed out 8/24, and the email was dated 9/15 (how did I miss it?) I am now calling WDW CRO to credit my Disney Visa and use the web certs instead. Thanks, and I hope yours come in a few days!
