MyPoints Almost All Dead Links

For the past several days, no matter what computer I use, I get nothing but "cannot find server" errors when I try to shop on MyPoints. Most of the links in their emails work for me, but not on the site.

Anyone else having trouble?

I emailed them, but we all know how effective that is.

Do you have Comcast as your ISP? There was a pretty significant system wide problem with Comcast yesterday (and I suspect on Weds too).

It seems MUCH better today.

No Comcast, I have Verizon DSL. This has been going on for days, and I have absolutely no problems with any other site. For example, I can go to eBay, but if I link to eBay via MyPoints I get "cannot find server."

Very frustrating.

Oh that must be frustrating. I just went to a mypoints email just to see what would happen, and the link worked for me (sorry).

Here's my last piece of advice; if you have not rebooted your computer in a while, now might be a good time. In addition you should probably clear all your cookies, and your cache memory as well.

I did have a hard time for a few the last couple of bonus points and I too have verizon dsl......I thought it was netscape that was messing up.....but it was verizon.....Today the bonus point emails are fast and flying......hope that helps too

Thanks everyone. MyPoints tech guy suggested I clear out the cache and I did. No difference. I get good links via bonus emails, but on the actual MyPoints site it is hit or miss. Lancome link works, Barnes & Noble does not, etc.

I have same problem no matter what computer I use, and I continue to have points crediting problems.

I have been with MyPoints for 7 years and never had any trouble until about a year ago. Oh well, it is still a great program!

I also have Verizon DSL and I'm not having any problems. I tried all the sites you mentioned and was able to get right in.

I have verizon dsl and have been having the same problems, but on a different rewards site. I had no probs with mypoints site. I had to keep clicking on "back" button and then go forward again - very time consuming and frustrating but I was in the process of doing a 75 point survey & didn't want to lose out!
