Yeah, I would call for that for sure. I have my four 9-day tickets listed on the website after the resort reservation, it is just the app they are not showing up for me.
So I called, apparently our UK package tickets (booked through Virgin Hols) won't pull through into the reservations section until 48 hours before check in, so we won't be able to do anything with FP+ until then.
We'll be at Universal then, so unless there's free WiFi and some spare time we won't get to do this. I was told once we've checked in concierge will be able to book FastPasses for us though, so might make a list of what we'd like for each day and see how we get on with them. More holiday time being used up to do this though...
