Sorry if this has been gone over already, but I didn't have time to look through all the pages right now.

I noticed that DVC renters were included in a Fastpass+ test. I am unclear how this would work, since we have not rented before and are considering it for this upcoming March. How do you access FP+ since you are not making a reservation through Disney? Do you still get the 60 days and access to MDE?

I am renting points from my mom and I have been able to link all my reservations and tickets under my name on the MDE ap and website. Just make sure the room is in your name.

We booked a package. When I look at My Disney Experience online, I can see that I have 5 day MYW base tickets as part of our package. However, when I look at My Disney Experience on the app on my phone, I do not see anything at all about our tickets. Is this normal? I can see our resort reservation and our dining reservations on the app but nothing about what kind of tickets we have.

The app has always been glitchy for me but I would like to have it squared away now that we are a month away from our trip and just in case they decide to extend Fastpass plus to our resort.

Are the fastpass + for parades and fireworks only offered on the weekends? I just got my magic band/fastpass + on my disney ap today. My options have been really limited though with no parade or fireworks options. I'm going to mk and epcot during the week but fantasmic isn't showing up on a Sunday either. I'm hoping that changes.

I've read some people have gotten more than 3 fp+ per day. Is this random or based upon your resort and time of reservation? I currently show 3.

Finally, do the parades and fireworks count as one of your 3 fp+ per day options, (or whatever number the disney gods have given you,) or are they separate?

Thanks for any help! This is my first visit since 1989 so even regular fastpass is a mystery to me!

Sept has nothing special loaded yet. Only FP- attractions are listed and available.

Does anyone know typically how far in advance these become available? It seems like a waste to spend hours setting up FP+ selections now (ok, maybe it only takes me that long!) only to have to change them once the full selection comes online.

They should have been loaded already. Especially since they are including Sept arrivals in the testing. So it is unclear what is going on. I'm pretty sure the ppl who upload the FP+ slots aren't talking to the ppl who are adding ppl to the testing pool.

And there are several other FP+ only attractions that should be loaded.

Anyone's guess but IMHO by spring break its a good bet that there will be some kind of rollout..

Not all of us in sept. I'm staying POFQ and nothing yet.

I would say September looks like an increase in testing, but not a roll out.

Looks like a couple new resorts have been added to the list. I think Disney will continue to add resorts each month until all resorts are included, then you will see it "rolled out".

We were expecting to go straight to the park on our arrival day and then take a break in the afternoon and check in to our resort.

The MagicBands are active upon shipping. When you receive them at home, they are active and ready to go!

Right, that's what I meant. It seems they are doing a gradual rollout.

FYI - not sure if it means anything or not... I am checking into CBR on 9/8, and starting last night when I clicked on make FP+ reservations I intermitently get the error saying I can't make reservations for days I am not staying at the resort, different from the (super frustrating) "ready for a new kind of magic" popup. Not sure if it means anything whatsoever, but at least for me, I'll hold onto a glimmer of hope that this could mean that I might possibly sortof kindof maybe get MB's.

I'll voice what everyone already reading this is thinking - what a poor roll-out and failed communication opportunity for Disney. The public relations side of Disney has tried everyway to get people excited about this and yet the CM's, the MDE website, and lack of email communication has truly been dissapointing. I am still excited to take my kids for their first Disney trip, but this has certainly been a dissapointing and frustrating experience getting there...

Yes, I can make mine up until 9/30 right now even though I have no parade, fireworks or non FP choices yet. I can't order a MB yet either.
