My WW E-Tool code will not work.

Is anyone using WW E-tools? I am trying to sign up and it keeps telling em my code is invalid. It is the card that my leader gave me so I don't know what the deal is. I e-mailed the company but just thought I would ask here if this has happened to anyone else.
