My whole world as turned upside down in a week (sorry long post)

Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts.

I'm holding up ok (well bottling it up actually).

We spoke yesterday and have agreed that he will carry on staying at his Mum's whilst he sorts out his feelings.

He knows how I feel and how committed I am to our marriage, the ball is in his court now.

I'm just tring to get through the next few days/weeks without thinking too much, but it's hard.

I can see me heading for a great big fall though, wonder if some pixie dust will help me

I think staying at his mum's is simply the very best solution - at the moment. He must not keep you hanging around until he makes HIS decision - you're both involved in this marriage, not just him.

Please make sure you get him to understand your own needs and emotions - I'm sure he's already aware of what he's done to you and, more importantly, what the long term effects of this will be.

Try not to bottle it up, if you need to cry then letting it out will make you feel better. Have you told anyone? I am worried that you haven't got anyone to listen to you if you need to talk/vent.

I do have a very good friend who listens/talks to me but I'm finding messaging other people on fb helps. I think writing things down helps.

I would love to cry, scream, shout and get really angry but it's not happening yet, don't get me wrong I've cried but not like I would have expected. Perhaps I'm in shock

That's good. Definately still talk/vent here too but I just wanted to make sure you had someone nearby to give you a "real" shoulder to cry on & a hug.

I would imagine you are in shock hun, I think everyone in your situation would be.
