My wedding location CLOSED!!!!

I'm new to the boards, but loving everything about it! I've found LOTS of valuable info here! Thanks to everyone for that!

We're vacationing at All Star Movies from May 30 - June 6th. We're getting married off property on the 1st. I found out last weekend that the location for our ceremony and reception closed for business. I was truly in shock. It took me 2 days to even take any action. Thank goodness, our wedding has now been replanned at another wonderful location. But, since then I have turned into the dreaded "bride-zilla". lol

I have been short and testy at work! Even driving to work this morning, I engaged in a small amount of road rage...lol

All I can say is, Can we pleeeease get this over with already????
All the plans are in place ( i hope) all that's left is the waiting!!

Wow, that's awful for that to have happened so close to your big day! No wonder you're having a few testy moments here and there! Did you get it worked out (i.e., your money back from the location)?

I'm sure the rest of the wedding will go smoothly now that you've gotten these bumps out of the road!

Sorry to hear of your dilema. Glad you were able to find a replacement location, but I cannot imagine the stress you have been going through. Hope you have no more unpleasant surprises!

Aww I'm so sorry..I can't imagine how you felt,I would have been devestated!!!!!!!!!!! At least you have something worked out and it will be just as beautiful!!!

I can't beleive that happened to you! I'm surprised you were able to act at all. I would have been shocked and unable to do anything if that happened to me. I'm glad you were able to get something else.

Thank you all for being so sweet. It has really been hard. I've been really stressed since that moment. I'm looking forward to the day. I was forced to re-make all of my decisions in only a few days. I can't shake the feeling that I've thrown it all together. I hope that it's as beautiful as I'd hoped it would be.
