My vmk is slow i need help plz

Ok i am on Windows XP and i need to know how to clear the cache to make vmk faster i think if anyone knows how to do it or knows a different way plz post

You know I have much better results with Firefox on Windows 2000 and XP.

It starts up slower, but everything flash and shockwave (I am part flash developer, and part narnia slots addict) is a little more stable FOR ME. (everyone has an opinion)

Under Firefox pressing CTRL+Shift+Del willl clear the cache. It's not really neccessary though. The thing to remember is to keep plenty of disk space free on the machine. Always at least a gig on the drive that windows uses.

To each their own...

To speed things up big time, hide all your toolbars, and do not install any extra plugins like the google, yahoo, or virus toolbars.

If you still need to clear your cache, press tools, internet options, and click clear cookies and delete files.

you can also clear all the history by going into wat maliboomer said. Also you can buy some more disk space so you have more memory. i have the same problems to

do you have an internet explorer icon on your desk top? Just right click on it and click properties. It will bring up that same box as you get when you click on tools and internet options. The difference is you will clear everything and nothing will hang up (Ocassionally happens other the tools way)

Then we click delete files and click the little box clear offline content) and w also clear the history. we dont always do the cookies because that one has all your sign in names on it to every where else. (We use that little box to remember me when I sign in at places like this site)

If the above didnt work we go and delete cookies too.

ok ty i will try that when i get home right now i am at my Aunt's and her computer is faster. we both have aol just one is slower than the other
