My Very First October 2012 PTR!! **APOLOGY FOR BAILING ON THIS PTR...**

Our first day October 1st will probably be two counter service meals, one lunch and one dinner. We hope to be in the Magic Kingdom… so I guess we will just stop whenever we are hungry but I would like to try to hit up
Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bills. Maybe…I don’t really know… any suggestions? Will AoA have a food court? Maybe we will do lunch there?

Mmmm I wanna go to Pecos Bills too!! And YES AOA will have it's own food court!

Yes, Harbor House is a CS at MK It's right across from Haunted Mansion. They have chicken, fish, and sandwiches. It's actually my favorite CS at MK

Yup! I get there with my 3 kids on Sept 29th and we're staying at POR (in Royal Rooms but they don't know!!!) until October 10th!!

I must have overlooked your dates when I read your PTR ...that sounds so cool. When Rys older and appreciates good decor as opposed to loud CARS in your face decor maybe we will stay in a Royal Room

haha I wanted to stay at AOA but for 12 nights it was cheaper to go with a moderate resort coupled with the free dining offer!

I plan to make a trip over there to see and take pictures of the outdoor decorations! They look so amazing. I am subbed on the AOA thread because I like to see the new pictures as people post them.

I'm also very interested in the Fantasyland expansion. Me and Jenny (she operates the October 2012 thread!) are hoping and crossing our fingers that it's open because we want to dine at the Be Our Guest restaurant!! And seriously Beauty and the Beast is my favorite!

Oh and we're gonna have a dismeet! So we'll let you know when and if it works hopefully you can stop by and say hi!

Love the murals. You guys are so talented!

That is so exciting that you will be there on his 5th birthday! We both have October babies and they are so close in age1 My daugther will turn five on Oct. 16th and I have always wanted to take her to Disney on her birthday! he is going to love all the attention with his little Birthday button!

Um, food suggestions? Let's see....We happen to love Columbia Harbor House at MK. Cosmic Rays is yummy too, and the portions are huge. We eat there every trip. Sunshine Seasons at Epcot is a fantastic option! So many choices and it's so good! We have done both breakfast and lunch there before, and never disappointed. As for Hollywood Studios, I am partial to Starring Rolls. Absolutely LOVE the desserts/cupcakes there. And in Animal Kingdom, we like Yak & Yeti or Flametree Barbecue. There are so many different options at the parks. We tend to get tired of just chicken fingers and/or burgers so we like to eat at other places.

Pecos Bills is yummy, they have a toppings bar BUT Cosmic Rays has more of a selection. Plus you can see Sunny Eclipse. He's the animatronic lounge act at CR.

As for DHS, I always go to Pizza Planet. It does get crowded in there and is very noisy but I love it.

Maybe I'll see you in MK on the 5th! That's my birthday and we're planning to go to Crystal Palace for breakfast as well

Your PTR is like my favorite to read because I figured they were around the same age! I'm hoping Ryan is as adventurous as she is!! I am in love with all her poses... Ryan is very much like that as well! If you notice his picture in the "Cast" Post he said he was "being a model" ?!?

I'm leaning towards Columbia Harbor House...I'm thinking it's a good choice for something a little different then burgers (which I dont eat) and Chicken Fingers (which I'll eat -but don't love or like for that matter!)

Imagineer 5 from the Oct thread is planning on being there that day too. We have the same birthday. We need a group picture if we all end up there that day!
