My Vacation on WDW Website

I've been collecting "favorites" for a while now in the "My Vacation" section of the WDW trip planning website. But since I made our resort and ticket reservations through a travel agent, the website won't recognize me as having an itinerary, and I'm thinking that may be why I can't do much with it. My reservation ID does not work with it either.

I was really hoping that the list of favorites would generate some kind of interactive database, but all that has shown up so far is a non-hypertext list of what I've added, plus the related maps. Is this all it's supposed to do?

There must be some way to plan and print out daily itineraries from the saved favorites information, other than copying it bit by bit into a spreadsheet. I tried working with the "Magical Gatherings" planning software, but that does not seem to be designed for pulling saved data from the website, either.

Am I crazy to think that there must be a program somewhere for actual scheduling of itineraries, rather than simply recording one you've already come up with?

Open My Vacation and click the link for your itinerary.

There's a big blue arrow with white lettering that says "Plan My Days". Click on that to add your info such as dining plans, what park, etc.

I was stumped because the only option on the "My Itineraries" page appeared to be "build a new itinerary", and I assumed they wouldn't let me procede without my reservation information. "Plan Your Days" was there when I clicked on the "vacation" link. Exactly what I was looking for, and I can use my favorites in the planner!

You're welcome! I kind of stumbled on it myself. I didn't book through them this time either, but even though I booked online last year's trip I never found it till a few months ago...it's not real obvious! Glad to help..happy planning!
