Hi All,

Has anyone been able to use the planning tool on the Disney website? I can create my itinerary (time of stay and resort) but when I actually try to plan my days the website just doesn't respond. Not even an error message when I click the link to fill out my days activities. I have tried both IE and Firefox with no luck. Any suggestions?

Chris

It has worked for me over the last few weeks but I haven't tried it for several days.

I had to build a new itinerary and after that it was fine. Maybe that's worth a try.

This has happened to me as well using IE & Firefox.. So I tried through the AOL browser last night and everything worked fine..

I have used mine many times. I have 4 trips listed on it and it tells me that I have email messages when I log in. They are just reminders. At first I paniced because it had my date wrong. I had called and changed it, but once I clicked on it and openned that trip it had my correct information on it. I did have a package (free dining) that I booked for my kids, but that was not listed under our name, so had to put in my confirmation number and it came right up. It said I could add it to mine, but couldn't figure it out. At least it's not beta anymore.
