My Turn to Vent about Delta & Song + a rental car ?

Well after 3 teenie tiny by a few minutes changes to our departure time they finally made a change big enough for me to request a complete flight change...we were originally getting into Orlando before 1:00 and they changed it till after 3:00. No biggie for most maybe but this would blow our first day there and since it is my twin daughters birthday I DO NOT want to start our vacation off like this.....so I now have an earlier flight which will get us in by 11:30 (I say yeah but everyone else thought we would be able to sleep for once)..

My question is now about my rental....since I am getting in at least 2 hours earlier do I need to change it .... it is with Alamo and it is a really good price and I dont want to lose it. Can I just get there 2 hours early and pay the 2 hours? Or do you think there will not be a car there for me?

You need to notify Alamo of your flight change. You don't want to be waiting at the airport 2 hours for a car, in case they are out when you get there.

I started a NEW reservation and it was actually a few dollars cheaper!!! (Cancelled the old)

Can't say all of the time but usually if you show up a few hours early the rental agency will give you a car early.

You just have to be aware you have to pay for extra hours or possibly an extra day if the total rental goes into another 24 hour segment and you don't want to return the car earlier instead.
