Hi Laura, my packing has started already! I've had my suitcase out for a couple of weeks and I've packed the essentials, like adaptor, thermals, heat packs, toiletries, toothbrush (I always buy a new one for Disney!! ???? ) Make up (can't let Mickey see me without my face on), Headache tablets, just in case! Haven't packed any clothes yet, DD and DS haven't decided what to take , but we want to travel as light as possible. I know we will do lots of shopping so I am taking an extra travel bag too.
Today, my Sister called me, she lives in Cyprus. She said that I shouldn't go to Disney AGAIN, I should go and visit her instead..... and visit some family ( that's about 500 people) I would rather

I had to laugh, that's exactly why I love DLP, it's the best place in the world to Escape
I expect our trip to be as magical as it always is, I love the moment when you push through the turnstile, then you're IN.... I just want run up Main St and do everything before I wake up! It feels like a dream. I really can't tell you how excited I am.... but I'm sure you and everybody else understands, otherwise you wouldn't be here

Just re-read what I wrote....... Don't I sound mean ?.... of course I want to visit my Sister in Cyprus, and I will in Feb/Mar. It's all my long lost relatives in Cyprus that would drive me mad. Love you sis

Yes, of course I love visiting with our family anf friends ... but , to me, that is REAL LIFE ... sometimes nice, sometimes sad ...
DLP is ALWAYS JUST MAGIC AND BEAUTIFUL !!!!

To me (old girl ) it's like being a little girl again -without any worry at all !!! I do love my real life (well, most of the time - not now, with HIGH temperature and bad flu !!) ...
but Disney is ...another world !!!

What my friends don't understand is why we keep going ...
"Haven't you been there BEFORE ? " they use to ask !!! and even if we explain there are some NEW things ... they think,I'm afraid , we throw our money away !!!

That's why WE LOVE these boards !!!!

You´ve just talked out of my heart.

For me it is the most magic moment too, when I put my Hopper-Pass into the slot, the light turns green (is there a light? I don´t know; whatever) and you do your first step of this visit on Main-Street. I am allways thinking: "This is the first minute in this wonderful Place, and so many will follow."

I am looking forward for this moment for such a long time.

Great to have this Forum to share this thoughts.

Hmmmm you have got me thinking now!! Is there a green light?? I think there is!! Or do you just push the turnstile?? I can't remember, how awful!!
