Though our cruise was for a 3-day Wonder (just last month), your pics and report took me back. . .especially to Palo. That place is fabulous! We, too, remember the lemon sorbet-champagne-vodka drink, called a scoppini (sp?). I've yet to try them at home, but I do have all the ingredients. Thanks for rekindling fond memories.
