Hi there folks! I'm back from yet another trip to Disneyland Resort Paris!
Wow what an amazing time we had though! We did everything! The crowds were down, the sun was out and the characters were out to play! It was amazing.
We went on the new upgraded Space Mountain (Mission 2), we also saw the (relatively new) Tarzan show and the Legend of the Lion King show!
All the characters were out too and it really was a magical break away. Over the last few months I've had my doubts about the future of our beloved DLP here but after this trip I can tell you it's getting better. They're really making an effort out there to try an make things work and it really shows. The magic is better than ever and it's now that I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking of going to just book it and go!
Rides etc we went on:
Big Thunder
Peter Pan
Snow White
Caroussel
Space Mountain 2
Disneyland Railroad
Star Tours
Lion King Show
Tarzan Show
Phantom Manor
Indiana Jones
Pinocchio
Storybook Ride
Casey Jr Train
its a small world
Pirates of the Caribbean
SB Castle and the Dragon's Lair
Nautilus Submarine
Art of Disney Animation
Animagique
Flying Carpets
Studio Tour
Tram Tour
Motors Stunt Show
Armageddon
Studio 1
Good Morning WDS
I think that's it!
There was a lot of refurb work going on too, at the moment. They are finally getting rid of the Timekeeper! What a waste of space that place used to be! Sorry, but its true! Hopefully something new and exciting will take its place... Peter Pan ride queing system has changed and the ride has also been made a bit darker which is a shame because its was really great flying over London in the dull light but now you cant see a lot at all!
The Phantom Manor has had a major reworking inside and now does not feature its classic grave yard scene but an underground cavern and a wild west ghost town scene!
And much to my dismay and surprise the Indiana Jones roller coaster has gone back to being FORWARDS again!!! I asked a CM why and they just said it was a decision that was made and they did it! D'oh.
They are also doing some major building works in and around the Walt Disney Studios, it makes me think they may be preparing to install a major new attraction there too.
Sorry its a short report this time, but I am always on hand here to answer any emails, so drop me a line!
So, until next time, TTFN, Ciao, au revoir!!

Hi :wave2: thanks for sharing your report with us. :goodvibes

I agree with you ~ the magic is definitely at our beloved DLRP!

Did you not do the BUZZ lightyear ride thats a must. have they reopened BTM early they must be a head of scheldule on the refurbishment thats good news.

I agree with the Peter pan ride took a while for my eyes to adjust and i missed part of the ride.

One major building work going on at walt disney studios is the massive building as you enter, its Tower of Terror.

sorry didnt mean to offend just saw the posting date and the way you started your report i misunderstood the "just got back from another trip " as being that day or a couple of days ago.

i then did read your report and glad you enjoyed your trip. i agree with you that the magic is still there and i was there when the strikes were on.

karen :)
