I know there is a whole thread on this, and it's a sticky, but there are so many posts on it. I used the advice yesterday and dialed the number and as soon as I heard talking I pushed 3, 2.... By the time I got on the phone, they were gone. And three of us were trying.
So, today I tried going a different route. You dial the same number, and start a few minutes before 7. When they start talking still hit 3, because is the category for the cruises. Then, instead of hitting 2, hit 1. If you hit 2 you are telling them that you are not in the Orlando area and you're not visiting within the next 7 days. If you hit 1 you are saying that you are in Orlando area or you are visiting within the next 7 days. By hitting 1, you bypass the rest of the prompts. Hitting one takes you directly to an operator. Even doing this I still didn't get one. But my friend did. So, we got our cruise. So, even with me hitting the 1 they were gone, which tells me that everyone who gets a cruise is hitting 1. The other way, I'm sure the cruises are gone by the time you've entered your reservation number.
Hope this helps someone.
