Nov 30 and Dec 1 --- Jan 2 Tues, 2007 --- 9 am -- no wait

Dec 2, 2007-------- Jan 3, Wed 2007---- 9 am-- no wait

Dec 3, 2007------- Jan 4, Thur 2007---- 9am-- no wait

Dec 4, 2007------- Jan 5, Fri 2007---- 9 am-- no wait

Dec 5, 2007------- Jan 6, Sat 2007---- 1 pm-- no wait


still need Dec 6, Thur but have to wait till Mon the 8 th to call

I know ! I know! not the norm but with all the talk about long waits for these times in DEC I decided to call right at the exact time.

Our st studio was available everyday. Now watch ,on Mon I'll have a 2 hr wait and not get the st studio

Glad to hear that you're getting through so quickly. I've been okay with MS wait times in the many times I've called them. Never seems like all that long of a wait.

Now when I called CRO, and it wasn't toll free....of course, that's when it took forever to get through!
