Here is a quick summary of my trip. I love reading these because I feel I learn so much from other people.

Our dates April 18-21 (sun-wed) it was pretty busy sunday and monday, not too packed but a lot more people then Im used to

Hotel- I used priceline name my own bid. I did a 3* hotel $40 a night. I got Holiday inn resort on S. Manchester.
Hotel has 9 floors. Its all one building. Free parking. Free wifi. Kids eat free with paying adult. Bar has $2.50 well drinks/draft beer and 1/2 of first apps in bar for happy hour 5-7pm.
We got 2 double bed room like i requested. The rooms have a fridge in them, and a microwave downstairs in gift shop you can use 24/7
The rooms are very clean, nice bedding air works well. Bathrooms are big. The pool is big and heated the spa is nice but it is very hot.
the hotel shars the pool with the hotel next door but it is so big you don't even notice.

ART we did art because its too far to walk. It was fine intel trying to get on the bus when the park closed. Freaked my DD out because of so many people trying to get on a bus and being so cramped.

I did discover that you can park in down town disney free for 3hrs a total of 5hrs if you get valdated at one of the restaurants.
It was so nice. I liked that so much better.

Having the monorail down was not fun. I really wished it was working would have been so much better when we ate in DTD.

House of blues- I used the coupon from restraurants.com got it for $2 for a $25. It was really good. nice and cool in there. server was good, it was so empty. we split a pulled pork sandwich. It was yummy it came with fries. It was perfect. My DD had the kids pizza.

I ended up using a stroller for my DD6. she has not had one in years but it was very needed. I think she was not happy with how many people would bump in to her then it was about her not wanting to walk.
Rides were fun not long. We did all that we wanted to ride. all under 30min wait.
We did goofys kitchen for the first time for dinner. it was the best! My DD meet sleeping beauty her fav! The food was ok. I don't eat sea food and there was tons of it there but it was good.

All in all it was an amazing time.

Im glad you had a great trip, We are considering that same Holiday Inn so I was glad to hear it is a good choice!!
