My table service plans for 6 nights

The park we're going to be at for the day is noted in () and I'm trying to take advantage of obviously eating in the park or a hotel in close proximity in the event that anything worthwhile in the park itself was already booked.

Sun: Biergarten in EP(EP)
Mon: Cape May Cafe @ Disney Beach Club(MGM)
Tues: Shutters @ Caribbean Beach Resort(MK)
Wed: Crystal Palace in MK(MK)
Thurs: Akershus Royal Banquet Hall-Princess Storybook Dining in EP-EP
Fri: Tusker House in AK(AK)

Le Cellier in EP seems to be booked all week, but I think I'll be more than pleased with our meals at EP. I'm thinking about alternatives for Shutters and I really am unsure of keeping my reservation at Tusker House in AK. I'm trying to get the biggest bang for my buck for our table meals on the DDP.

Would you make any attempts to change to go elsewhere? We're staying at Pop Century. Thanks.

Wolf Gang Pucks, Le Cellar & Chef de France are expensive to eat at. IMO Buffets are not your best values. Buffets are about the price or less of the more expensive main course of many table service restaurants.

BUT I would pick where I really enjoy eating. If my kids are under six the character meals would be my choice also.

I should have noted we are on the DDP, so expense really has nothing to do with it. I'm trying to ensure we're getting a better value as far as volume goes as well. We've got 2 character meals in there.
